Strata Products Australia is part of the Atlanta USA based Strata Worldwide. In Australia, we operate in Newcastle, Perth and Mackay. Due to continued growth in our core business we require a Junior Administration Assistant to join our Financial and Administration team at our APAC head office in Newcastle.(Mayfield West)

The role will suit a quick learner, with a happy demeanour and a can-do attitude. Attention to detail is a must. Working with our accounts, admin and stores team the role offers diversity and training will be provided on our ERP and processes.

Key aspects of the role include:
n
Creating Sales Orders for Customers
n
Creating Purchase Orders for Suppliers
n
Enter purchase invoices
n
Assist with Goods Receival processing
n
Maintain and update company databases
n
Maintain a filing system for significant and confidential company documents using both conventional and OneDrive methods including scanning key documents
n
Answering incoming calls in a professional manner.
n
Answer queries by employees, customers and suppliers in areas of responsibility
n
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
n
Book meetings as required
n
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
n
Assist with in-house and external events
n
Liaising with couriers and sending freight as required
n
Inventory Item Creation and assisting with Stock Control on the ERP system, as required.
n
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
