This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer looking to lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects from design through implementation. The role combines hands-on project delivery with client-facing responsibilities, while serving as the highest point of technical escalation within the Professional Services team.

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud projects.
n
- Design, implement and document enterprise solutions.
n
- Deliver Microsoft and virtualization projects.
n
- Provide Level 3 technical escalation support when required.
n
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
n
- Work directly with clients throughout project delivery.
n
- Produce clear technical documentation and handovers.
n

Skills/Must Have:

n

- 5+ years' MSP experience.
n
- Strong Level 3 Infrastructure Engineering background.
n
- Experience delivering projects independently.
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
n
- Confident communicating with customers.
n
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
n
- Current Australian Driver's License.
n
