THE POSITION

Manager of Painting Area

n

Coordination of Loading Trucks and Structural Steel Dispatch.

n

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

THE SKILLS

n

n
- Min 5 years in the structural steel industry
n
- Experience with operating overhead cranes
n
- Work health & safety conscious
n
- Experience leading a team of 15-30 people.
n
- Minimum 3-4 years of team leadership experience required.
n
- Work flow experience with Structural Steel
n
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Team Player
n
- Trade certificate required for this role.
