Job Description

This is a full time labouring role . You will be part of our small team constructing rammed earth walls, using machinery and hand labour as well as completing general building and labouring tasks.

We established Rammed Earth Enterprises in 1992. We are a small Central Victorian sustainable construction company, based in Castlemaine. Working throughout the state, we specialise in residential and commercial construction of sustainable and architecturally unique rammed earth walls.

Above award pay, $35-45* per hour (depending on relevant experience) PLUS 12 % Super, Industry Long-Service Leave, and Work Cover. Pay is reviewed periodically and will be updated to reflect your skills, work quality and experience. *Hourly rate includes; all industry allowances, travel allowance and (where relevant) first-aid allowance.

About You

n

Along with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and previous labouring experience, you'll have the ability to:

n

Perform heavy physical labour

n

Work cohesively as part of a team

n

Work away from home during the week when jobs are out of our daily travel area

n

It is desirable (but not essential) if you also have the following:

n

Machinery experience in an excavator, skid steer or similar machinery

n

A MR or HR truck licence
