Hangan Steel is a family run business, based in the eastern suburbs of Victoria, with a passion for what we do. We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Welder/ Metal Fabricator to join our team in Warragul and Bayswater VIC. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

n

n
- Adhere to WHS
n
- Ability to read and interpret drawings to a high standard and recognising welding specifications
n
- Set up equipment and weld parts, using appropriate welding equipment and methods
n
- Set up and operate fabricating machines such as shears, brakes, presses, forming rolls and routers, to cut, bend and form or straighten materials
n
- Proficiency in MIG,



TIC and Arc welding
n
- All aspects of general fabrication, welding and sheet metal work
n
- Ability to use Heavy machinery such as Booms & Scissor Lifts
n

n

Skills and abilities:

n

n
- At least 3 years' experience as a Welder / Metal Fabricator
n
- Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent
n
- Ability to work in a team setting
n

n

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with skills and experience Full-time Position available Applications open on 30th July 2026 and closes on 30th August 2026
