About the role At Andaz Gold Coast, we focus on crafting memorable experiences influenced by local culture and authentic connections. We are looking for a creative, organized, and business-savvy Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and works closely with the Marketing Specialist to implement various marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with our brand values.

- Collaborate with team members to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media and email marketing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
n
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role,



preferably within the hospitality sector.
n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

- Experience with digital marketing strategies and analytics.
