This role reports directly to the Design & Drafting Manager and will be involved in a range of tasks, including:
n
The preparation of drawings using Revit for sketches, tender drawings, contract drawings and final consolidated construction drawings.
n
Ensuring all drawings are completed on time, with the required accuracy, and reflect client documentation and building standards.
n
Liaising with internal members and external consultants, local Gov and other authorities.
n
Proactively plan, manage, coordinate and track all assigned tasks.
n
Upholding exceptional customer service to all clients.
n
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
n
At least two (2) years experience within the residential building industry.
n
Sound knowledge of building construction practices.
n
Understanding of the NCC and how to read council codes, SEPPs and policies.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Be self-motivated and results-focused.
n
Be able to work as part of a team, or autonomously, when required.
n
