Job Description

We are seekingpeople to join our team for the positions of Cleaner, Grill Cook & Customer Service Representatives to compliment our team at our BP Nambucca Travel Centre.

As we are a 24-hour store, we will heavily favour applicants who have availability from Monday to Sunday.

n

Currently seeking people who are available for afternoon and overnight shifts

n

Ideally you will have some cooking experience and/or customer service experience, but also must be able towork well within a team to ensure a high quality of food and service is delivered to our customers.

n

Your responsibilities as a Cleaner, Cook & Customer Service Representative will include, but not be limited to:

n

Providing excellent customer service at all times with a positive & friendly attitude

n

Following company set procedures including recipe cards & display planograms.

n

Preparing and cooking food when required.

n

Filling stock both in a shop and cold room environment.

n

General cleaning & hygiene compliance (including dishwashing, floor cleaning, dusting etc).

n

Maintaining hot food display presentation.

n

Maintaining cold food display presentation.

n





Following portion control procedures.

n

Compliance with all HSSE requirements

n

Operating a POS system and cash handling when required.

n

Standard restaurant operations.

n

Coffee making with full training provided.

n

As we operate both the restaurant, shop & fuel sales from the single open counter, there are regular times throughout the day when both counter service, kitchen food preparation and cleaning will be required.
