At a minimum, the successful candidate must possess:
n
n
- Bachelor of Nursing and registration with the Australian Health Professionals Registering Authority
n
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116/TAE40122
n
- OR a *Scholarship Opportunity available to complete TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
n
- Post Graduate Nursing Qualification
n
- Experience delivering training in an RTO for the Diploma of Nursing
n
n
To meet the expansion of our Nursing courses, Key2Learning College requires the services of an experienced RN Trainer/Assessor to deliver vocational training to our Diploma of Nursing students.
The successful applicant will:
n
n
- Work equally well as a team member and as a self-directed professional with a significant degree of autonomy
n
- Develop and deliver evidence-based, person-centred adult learning to a high standard
n
- Provide tutorial support to learners, as required
n
- Assess learner outcomes
n
- Coordinate work placements for students
n
- Manage the progression of each student through their enrolled course.
n
- Assess and record student competency in line with the requirements of the training package being assessed.
n
- Ensure students have the correct information, support, knowledge and expectations of a course.
n
- Prepare, maintain, coordinate and evaluate teaching and learning resources.
n
- Undertake administrative duties related to the program.
n
- Diagnosing and managing student learning difficulties.
n
- Undertake professional development in relevant industry, vocational, educational or other contexts on a regular basis.
n
- Contributing to the achievement of the College's commercial targets.
n
n
