Enlog offers hazardous goods storage and distribution via its road freight division, global ocean freight logistics and airfreight logistics services for a wide variety of industries. We have extensive experience with the safe transport of time sensitive shipments including short half-life radioisotopes, perishable refrigerated shipments, cryogenic cargo requiring special handling with liquid Nitrogen, and explosives. EnLog Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd is part of the DGL Group located in Tullamarine, Victoria.

About the role
n
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be required to deliver and pick up freight, shall coordinate daily branch operations, cross-checking shipments, and liaising with freight forwarders, transport companies, customers and customs agents.
n
Collection / Delivery of freight in Metro Brisbane (if required)
n
To assist with completion of Dangerous Goods declarations and assist with packing consignments in accordance with specific packaging instructions and regulations for the specific mode(s) of transport.
n
Assisting in coordinating shipments in & out of the Brisbane branch
n
Coordinate the day-to-day tasks, which includes liaising with customers, freight forwarders, transport companies and customs agents where required.
n
Creating accurate documentation to accompany shipments. You must have a good eye for detail and an ability to understand rules & regulations.
n
To closely follow company policies and procedures in relation to Debtors processes, Accounts requests, and assist all Admin & Accounts staff on enquiry relating to jobs / queries / general information sought.
n
Collaborate with the branch manager to ensure safe and efficient storage of goods, manage customer inventory, maintain sufficient packing material stock, and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
n
Our ideal new team member will be self-motivated, keen & confident with a positive attitude, and willingness to learn with training in all aspects of warehousing & movements of DGs. Manual labour will be involved, so you must be fit to work hands-on in varied roles within the warehouse, office & at times on site.

Reliable &reputable; with a commitment to follow all compliance requirements, company policies & procedures.
n
You mustbe coachable & possess excellent communication skills.
n
Current Police Clearance (nomore than 3 months old), or the ability to have a clear police clearance upon starting.
n
Computer experience, good literacy & numeracy skills to prepare documents to accompany freight.
n
An understanding of freight & warehouse operations;
n
Experience in Transport/Freight or Logistics industry;
n
DG Experience or knowledge would be advantageous
