We are looking for a Duty Manager to join and lead our front of house team.

n

Working closely with the General Manager you will:

n

Assist in the leading of day-to-day operations across the venue. You will manage a talented and dedicated team during your shift, including providing exceptional levels of customer service as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community.

n

Responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Ensuring the venue is well-presented and welcoming for all our patrons.
n
- Planning and preparing all operational requirements for the consistent delivery of customer service.
n
- Opening or closing the venue.
n
- Monitoring and managing all RSA, RCG and WHS responsibilities in the venue,



resolving or escalating incidents or concerns as necessary.
n

About you

- Established leadership skills.
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Experience with POS systems.
n
- A collaborative approach with management.
n
- A keen eye for the detail.
n
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
n
- NSW RSA and RGC.
n
- Have working rights in Australia.
n
