Live Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a professional and motivated Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our growing team, based across our Sunshine Coast office.

n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Must have previous experience in a similar role.
n
- Experience preferred using SimPRO but not necessary.
n
- Solid capability to multi-task and priorities their workload.
n
- Liaising with builders, subcontractors, and other trades.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
n
- Outstanding attention to detail.
n
- Desire to ensure completion of work.
n
- Ability to build business relationships with clients and contractors.
n

n

About the Role:

n

n
- 8am-4pm work days, 5 days a week.
n
- Ability to monitor/control trade/bookings calendar.
n
- Ability to monitor and order stock/material purchases
n
- Schedule and implement all jobs, quotes,



activities & tasks.
n
- Assist Project Managers with day to day tasks.
n
- Effectively communicate to the team, builders, trades, customers & sub-contractors.
n
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
n
- Be adaptable and flexible to ensure emergency jobs are scheduled.
n
