About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring our members and guests receive outstanding service while maintaining the highest operational standards.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading and motivating staff across all departments.
n




- Supervising daily venue operations.
n
- Opening and closing the venue.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
n
- Gaming, TAB and Keno operations.
n
- Cash handling, banking and end-of-day reconciliations.
n
- Staff supervision and on-shift leadership.
n
- Assisting with rostering and workforce planning.
n
- Ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming and workplace legislation.
n
- Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue.
n
- Resolving customer enquiries professionally and confidently.
n

About You

n

You are a positive leader who enjoys working with people and leads by example.

n

You will have:

n

n
- Previous Duty Manager experience within a licensed club, hotel or large hospitality venue.
n
- Robust knowledge of Gaming, TAB and Keno operations.
n
- Experience in food and beverage operations.
n
- Excellent cash handling and reconciliation skills.
n
- Experience supervising and developing staff.
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
n
- A genuine passion for customer service.
n
