Join our team as a Driver in Shepparton, Australia! We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and safety-conscious driver to become an integral part of our dynamic transportation team. - Operate vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
n
- Plan and execute optimal routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
n
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition
n
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
n
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions and deliveries
n
- Load and unload cargo safely and securely, ensuring proper organization and protection of goods
n
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and customers regarding delivery status and any concerns
n
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and vehicle at all times
n

Comply With All Company Policies, Procedures, And Regulatory Requirements

n

Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues when needed

Qualifications

n

n
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class being operated
n
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents
n
- Proven experience as a driver or in a similar transportation role
n
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance basics
n
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
n
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
n
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team
n
- Physical capability to load, unload, and handle cargo safely
n
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands
n
- Customer service orientation with a commitment to professional representation
n
- Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery commitments
n
- Familiarity with the Shepparton region is a plus
