What You'll Be Doing

n

- Run a full 360 recruitment desk across a specialist vertical
n
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
n
- Proactively develop new business through consultative business development
n
- Source, engage, and represent high-quality candidates
n
- Attend industry networking events and client meetings
n
- Collaborate with experienced consultants to share talent and insight
n
- Place across both permanent and temporary/contract roles as part of a dual desk model
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency setting
n




- Degree qualification (required for sponsorship)
n
- Proven experience building and managing client relationships
n
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive to deliver results
n
- A team-oriented, professional approach with high ethical standards
n
- Working Holiday Visa holders with recruitment experience are encouraged to apply
n
- Sponsorship available for experienced recruiters who meet eligibility criteria
