This prospect is ideal for an experienced Level 2 Systems Engineer looking to build on their support experience and progress into infrastructure project work. You'll work alongside Senior Engineers, support a wide range of customer environments, and gain hands‐on experience with modern cloud technologies while developing toward a future Level 3 position.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft environments.
n
- Troubleshoot servers, networking and cloud technologies.
n
- Assist with infrastructure projects and customer deployments.
n
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
n
- Work closely with Senior Engineers on larger implementations.
n
- Produce clear technical documentation.
n
- Visit client sites across Sydney when required.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
n

Skills/Must Have

- 2 to 4+ years' experience within an MSP.
n
- Strong Microsoft infrastructure experience.

- Good networking fundamentals.

- Passion for learning and progressing technically.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
n
- Current Australian Driver's License.
