We are looking for multiple mechanically minded Trade assistants who have had some experience working in the Oils and Gas industry. You will be working alongside/spotting Boilermakers and Mechanical fitters.

About the Company

This is an exciting chance to join a highly regarded contractor delivering tank refurbishments for a client in Port Botany. The role is based locally but may require occasional travel for site works. This is a site based role, with consistent hours and overtime potential. This is an on going temporary position.

Duties Include
n
n
- Minor repair and installation work (e.g., tightening screws/bolts)
n
- Spotting/watching Trades in confined spaces and at Heights
n
- Assisting where required
n
n
Requirements

n
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
n
- Dogman tiocket
n
- Basic rigging ticket
n
- Capable of working independently without constant supervision
n
- Must have a currentConfined spaces and Working at heights
n
- Must be able to pass a DAS prior to starting
n
