The Opportunity

n

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ASX listed manufacturer that continues to expand through acquisition and innovation. Reporting to the Finance & Commercial Manager, this position will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's ongoing growth and commercial success.

n

With a broad remit, the role offers scope to partner with senior stakeholders, provide key financial insights and contribute to strategic decision-making across a key business unit within the group.

The Challenge

n

n
- Supporting month-end close activities, including accruals, P&L; review and financial analysis.
n
- Preparing weekly financial and performance reporting across the division.
n




- Assisting with annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
n
- Overseeing inventory management, including weekly stocktakes and reconciliations.
n
- Processing supplier and service provider invoices and assisting with D365 system queries.
n
- Providing financial support to site administration teams and contributing to ongoing process and systems improvements.
n
- Collaborating with operational and commercial stakeholders across multiple sites.
n

The Expertise

n

n
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
n
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a management accounting or commercial finance capacity, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG or industrial sectors.
n
- Strong analytical, reporting and business partnering skills.
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a drive to deliver results in a rapid-paced environment.
