Reporting directly to our Head of Design, this is an opportunity to play a key role in creating product ranges that connect authentic western heritage with modern fashion, function and culture.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Collaborate closely with the Head of Design on seasonal collection development
n
- Design commercially relevant apparel across tops and graphic tees, outerwear, and lifestyle categories
n
- Research global fashion, streetwear, western, and lifestyle trends
n
- Develop graphic campaigns, mood boards, colour palettes, fabric direction, and product concepts
n
- Create detailed design specifications and tech-pack briefs for Product Development teams and Suppliers
n
- Work closely with Product Development and Garment Tech teams throughout the sampling process
n
- Assist in developing graphics, trims, washes, and branding details aligned to the Ringers Western aesthetic
n
- Attend fit reviews and provide design input during sample development
n
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour
n




- Support seasonal range building and critical path timelines
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in a fashion design role within a similar apparel or lifestyle brand
n
- Strong experience designing tops and bottoms across lifestyle or street-inspired categories
n
- Experience in graphic tee design and artwork development would be highly regarded, though not mandatory for the role.
n
- A strong understanding of country-western lifestyle fashion and contemporary streetwear influences
n
- Excellent trend forecasting and colour direction capability
n
- Solid commercial awareness and understanding of product development processes
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
n
- Strong technical understanding of garment construction and apparel development
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment
n
- Full Australian working rights
