Job Description

Peninsula Australia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for NSW new business sales. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build a pipeline, and win new business with SME owners, leveraging warm leads and Salesforce to manage opportunities.

You'll thrive on exceeding targets, have robust negotiation skills, resilience, and self-motivation. This is a high-earning, uncapped commission role with a base up to $150K and OTE over $220K, backed by 40+ years of market leadership.
