Level 3 - IT Technician - Entourage Technology - Tamworth - Full Time

We're a locally owned Managed Service Provider supporting businesses across Northern NSW. We're growing, and looking for an experienced Level 3 Technician to join our Technical Operations team - someone who enjoys solving tricky problems, mentoring others, and building excellent client relationships.

The Role

n

You'll be a senior technical resource across cloud, infrastructure and networking - the go-to person when Level 1/2 engineers hit something tricky. Day to day you'll:

n

Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V/VMware

n

Handle networking (routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, firewalls) and backup/DR

n

Deliver projects like server upgrades, M365 migrations and cloud transformations

n

Mentor junior engineers and help improve how we work

n





Build strong, trusted client relationships

n

What You'll Need

n

5+ years in an MSP environment

n

Solid Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune experience

n

Windows Server/AD and virtualisation (VMware or Hyper-V) experience

n

Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls)

n

Backup/DR experience

n

Great communication and customer service skills

n

Nice to Have

n

Microsoft/Azure certifications, Fortinet/Sophos/Cisco/Ubiquiti experience, PowerShell, ITIL, ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM, cybersecurity tools (Defender, Sentinel, MDR).
