I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded, values-led early learning providers to recruit for a small number of exceptional Centre Directors opportunities across a handful of locations in Brisbane.

The positions would suit confident and experienced Centre Directors who are passionate about leading teams, driving performance and creating positive, high-quality environments for children, families and educators.

I would also love to hear from highly experienced Assistant Directors who have spent at least three years in a 2IC position and feel ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Each service is supported by a strong leadership structure, including dedicated operational support and an experienced 2IC,



allowing you to focus on what you do best - leading your team and your service to continued success.

About you

n

Minimum one year of experience as a Centre Director; or At least three years of experience as an Assistant Director and ready to step up in a long daycare environment

n

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher

n

Proven ability to lead, support and develop high-performing teams

n

Strong understanding of compliance, operations and quality frameworks

n

Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and building a positive team culture

n
