About the Role

n

As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to both workshop and retail customers, while ensuring operational efficiency across all parts processes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage customer enquiries, sales, and quotations with professionalism and accuracy
n
- Supply parts to workshop technicians and retail customers in a timely manner
n
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships and identify recent business opportunities
n
- Ensure daily orders are processed accurately and on time
n
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound freight
n
- Handle and reconcile daily cash sales
n
- Support inventory management and minimise stock risk
n
- Track and report on sales performance, margins, and targets
n




- Work closely with the Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement
n

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter (essential)
n
- Strong mechanical/technical knowledge of automotive parts
n
- Excellent communication skills (phone & face-to-face)
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
n
- Team-focused, adaptable, and professional
n
- High level of integrity and accountability
