Location: Fully onsite at Gumtree Facility (Beresfield, NSW)

Pay Range: up to $55,000 base per year + incentive (Full time, permanent)

n

Visa: permanent work rights with no restrictions is needed

SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

n

The role of the Re-manufacturing Operator will be required to support the protected and compliant processing of post-use medical devices.

n

This hands‐on role involves operating equipment, following strict procedures, and ensuring that remanufactured products meet quality and regulatory standards.

n

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a regulated, cleanroom environment and committed to supporting a sustainable healthcare model.

n

Entry‐level candidates are welcome. Full training will be provided.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

n

n
- Perform manual and automated tasks involved in cleaning, assembly, reassembly, and testing of medical devices.
n
- Operate equipment following clear work instructions and on‐the‐job training.
n
- Follow safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements.
n
- Complete basic production records as instructed.
n
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
n
- Escalate issues to supervisors when required.
n
- Participate in training and team activities.

EDUCATION/TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

n

n
- High school certificate or equivalent
n
- Manufacturing or production related experience at any industry
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
n
- Basic computer skills (training will be provided)
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
n

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated manufacturing environment (training will be provided).
n
- Ability to follow safety requirements and workplace procedures.
n
- Basic understanding of handling products carefully and responsibly.
n
- Willingness to participate in safety and EHS-related activities as part of the role.
n
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or safety-related roles is an advantage, but not required.
n
