Restaurant Two14 is located within the Deco Hotel and offers modern Italian cuisine.

n

We seek a highly motivated and creative Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade.

n

In this role, you will be responsible for consistently producing quality meals for the restaurant and in-room dining. Other duties include assisting with ordering, menu planning, stocktaking, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen.

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will possess the following skills:

Relevant formal qualifications and experience in a similar role

n





Positive communication skills and the ability to work individually and as part of a team

n

Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace

n

Deliver high-quality food presentation

n

Keep up to date with industry changes

n

Maintain stock control and rotation

n

Maintain budgeted food costs percentages

n

Monitor the daily quality of all food products

n
