The CEO will own the P&L;, guide budgeting and forecasting, and drive client leadership and team mentoring across commercial and residential sales, leasing and property management.

Reporting to the Advisory Board, the CEO will set strategy, performance discipline, and a scalable operating model while representing the group within industry and
