Job Description

We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales Consultant to sell our range of high-quality tiny homes.

n

This is not a passive showroom position. You will be responsible for taking qualified enquiries, understanding the customer's needs, presenting the right home and inclusions, following up consistently, overcoming objections and closing the sale.

n

The earning potential is significant. You will receive an $80,000 base salary plus superannuation, along with a $5,000 commission for every eligible tiny home sold.

n

Sell two homes per month and your annual earnings could exceed $200,000.

What You Will Be Selling

Our tiny homes are designed for customers looking for solutions including:

- Investment accommodation

- Secondary dwellings

- Farm and regional accommodation

- Staff accommodation
n
- Downsizing and affordable living
n

n

You will guide customers through the available models, pricing, inclusions, upgrades, timelines and purchasing process.

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Respond quickly to inbound phone, website and social media enquiries
n
- Qualify customers based on budget, land, timing and intended use
n
- Conduct showroom, display home, phone and video consultations
n
- Explain models, floorplans, inclusions, upgrades and pricing
n
- Prepare and present customer proposals and quotations
n
- Maintain consistent follow-up until a clear outcome is reached
n




- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently
n
- Secure deposits and signed sales agreements
n
- Keep accurate records of every lead and sales opportunity
n
- Maintain the CRM and provide regular pipeline reports
n
- Work with the operations and construction teams after the sale
n
- Develop referral relationships with landowners, investors, developers and accommodation operators
n
- Represent the company professionally at events and inspections
n

What We Are Looking For

You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

- New home sales
n
- House and land sales
n
- Property or real estate sales
n
- Modular or transportable homes
n
- Car sales
n
- High-ticket retail sales
n
- Construction or building industry sales
n
- Finance, solar or other commission-based sales environments
n

You must have:

- A strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- The confidence to discuss pricing and ask for deposits
n
- Solid follow-up habits
n
- The ability to manage a long sales cycle
n
- Good written communication and quotation skills
n
- Basic CRM and computer skills
n
- A current driver licence
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

n

Experience selling tiny homes is not essential. Sales ability, work ethic and closing discipline matter more.
