Mobile Field Technician Coffee and Slush Machines

To join the team at Essential Coffee as a Mobile Field Technician , We supply a fully fitted out van stocked with parts , your mobile workshop on wheels!

n

All jobs are scheduled by our service coordinator and sent directly to your mobile device. A competitive base salary will be negotiated, plus allowances, super, van, mobile, potential to earn commissions on sales or lead referrals !!

You will be part of a customer focused service team in a successful Australian owned international business.The opportunity is always there to grow and develop with our expanding company.

1-2 weeks paid training will be conducted at our Burleigh Heads Gold Coast Office before you start .

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Respond to technical serviceissues from customers within agreed Service Levels
n
- Resolve Technical issues in a quick and professional manner
n
- Keepcustomers updated on the progress of issue resolution
n
- General workshop repairs
n
- Diagnosisand problem solving technical issues
n
- Maintaincustomer relations
n
- Conduct onsite servicing
n




- Commissionand repair hot and cold beverage dispensing machines
n
- Plandaily schedules by analysing work orders
n
- Investigatetechnical complaints and resolvethe issue
n
- Installequipment and machines
n
- Completeforms, reports and log booksfor repairs
n
- Performpreventative maintenance
n

n

Experience & Qualifications

n

n
- Current manual drivers licence (essential)
n
- Current Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical Licence (essential)
n
- Refrigeration, electronics or Electrical Trade Certificate (preferred, although not essential)
n
- Previous experience working with commercial coffee machines (preferred, although not essential)
n
