Are you a dynamic, results-driven recruitment professional ready to take ownership of onsite workforce operations? We're seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager to lead and optimise workforce performance at our client's state-of-the-art Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek, NSW.
n In this pivotal role, you'll be the key connection between client operations and our workforce, ensuring smooth recruitment, engagement, and performance delivery across one of Australia's most advanced supply chain environments.
n We're looking for someone to provide Monday to Friday day-shift coverage, with some flexibility in hours.

About the Role
n
As the onsite recruitment and workforce lead, you'll oversee the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to attendance, performance, and retention. You'll partner closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, meet operational goals, and maintain a motivated, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to align workforce supply with site operational needs.
n
- Manage daily workforce activities, including rosters, attendance, timekeeping, and shift coverage.
n
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement where needed.
n
- Build and nurture an engaged onsite culture through proactive communication and collaboration.
n
- Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal support teams.
n
- Maintain accurate workforce data and insights on performance, retention, and attendance.
n
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
n

About You
n
n
- Demonstrated experience in onsite workforce or account management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
n
- Strong background in recruitment, scheduling, and performance management.
n
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
n
- Working knowledge of WHS, HR compliance, and rostering systems.
n
