Job Description

Bakers Delight Beaumaris requires two qualified or experienced bakers for immediate start

n

Employment basis is flexible as either full-time or part-time.

n

Pay is negotiable

n

Training on first aid, FSP, bakery management and operations

n

Oven

n

baking beautiful golden-brown products

n

managing product flow from bowl to bench, through retarder/provers to oven and ultimately into the shop

n

placing baked products in the right shop location as they are removed from the oven

n

Bowl

n

weigh up ingredients according to provided recipes

n

mixing dough according to defined dough schedule

n

help on bench with processing dough

n

ensure smooth production flow

n

Process dough in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with defined dough schedule

n





Ability to keep pace in a rapid-moving production environment

n

General requirements

n

Bakers Delight experience is not mandatory but will be an advantage

n

Bakery operations including scheduling, stock management, purchasing/ordering and training apprentices

n

Cleanliness in accordance with WHS standards, FSP and 5-Star

n

Standards

n

Actively work with Production Manager on stock management, stock ordering and stocktake

n

Self-motivated team player

n

Train and guide apprentices

n
