We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who enjoys being on the floor, working alongside teams, and creating a positive, well-run production environment. This role suits someone who leads with calm confidence, values people, and takes pride in doing things properly.

The role

n

As Production Supervisor, you will be a key part of the manufacturing leadership team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations and supporting Team Leaders and production staff.

n

You will be present on the floor, approachable, and actively involved in keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

n

- Supervising daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output requirements
n
- Leading and supporting production teams through transparent direction, coaching, and respectful communication
n
- Supporting Team Leaders with people matters including performance, attendance, grievances, and disciplinary processes
n
- Implementing and maintaining workplace health and safety practices, including reporting and registers
n
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities across production processes
n
- Supporting training, onboarding, and safe work practices for production staff
n
- Working closely with other teams to ensure production goals are achieved
n

The ideal candidate will demonstrate :

n

n
- Strong, hands-on leadership experience supervising teams in a food manufacturing or production environment
n
- Confidence working on the production floor, including handling raw proteins such as beef, chicken, and pork
n
- The ability to work autonomously, with a proven track record of improving output, efficiency, and ways of working through positive team engagement
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and solutions-focused approach
n
- Clear, respectful written and verbal communication skills, suited to a diverse workforce
n
- Solid report writing and data analysis capabilities to support informed decision-making
n
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, influence positively, and support teams at all levels
n
- Sound judgement and calm decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
n
- A proactive, flexible attitude and a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves and support others
n
- Sound knowledge of employment obligations and Work Health & Safety requirements
n
- Conversational Indonesian language skills are a strong advantage, but not essential
n
