Job Description

Sheen Panel Service is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Panel Shop in the Eastern Suburbs. You will lead a busy repair shop, engage with customers, prepare quotes, and negotiate with assessors while ordering parts and coordinating with suppliers.

You will manage shop-floor staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain high-quality repairs, liaising with insurance companies and upholding service standards in a busy setting.
