Why This Role Is Different

n

As a Consulting Delivery Lead at Ignite, you'll combine the accountability of a Delivery Lead with the craft of a senior Business Analyst. You'll work hybrid style by moving data product by data product through a set of structured delivery gates, always tracing back to the business value you set out to deliver. People change and communications sit right at the centre: nothing is 'delivered' until end users are actually using it.

You'll work alongside teams using leading tools and technologies like Databricks and Snowflake.

n

And you'll be part of a cooperative, multi-disciplinary team focused on the energy industry, with opportunities to work across natural resources and other regulated sectors, spanning from large enterprise clients to exciting scale-ups.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Work with clients to articulate business value and translate it into clear, deliverable requirements
n
- Lead hybrid delivery of data products, product by product, through structured delivery gates
n
- Own delivery schedules, resourcing,



risk management, and status reporting across client and Ignite stakeholders
n
- Lead the people change and communications plan for each data product, so end users adopt what's delivered
n
- Coach and mentor project team members, collaborating closely with data architects, engineers and scientists
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 3+ years experience delivering projects end-to-end, from business case through to delivery and adoption
n
- Solid experience as a Delivery Lead and/or senior Business Analyst, comfortable owning both
n
- Solid experience in the use or Jira and/or Azure DevOps
n
- Experience with structured, gated delivery approaches and hybrid Waterfall-Agile ways of working
n
- Track record of people change management and communications that drive real adoption
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from execs to end users
n
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, which means you're always learning and improving
n

- The Golden Triangle: consulting experience, data delivery experience, and Energy & Utilities experience
n
- Exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks
n
- Experience with natural resources or other regulated, asset-heavy industries
n
- Extensive experience in Jira and Azure DevOps
