What you'll be doing:

- Delivering personalised, premium care with compassion and dignity, helping our clients live life to the fullest.
n
- Encouraging independence, confidence and community connections for the clients you support.
n
- Assisting clients with everyday activities such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
n
- Building meaningful relationships with clients, their families, the care team and follow truly individualised care plans.
n
- Keeping accurate client records and documentation to ensure the best possible care.
n




- Championing safety, quality, and wellbeing in every aspect of your work.

Skills & Experience

- Passionate about making a difference.
n
- A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
n
- Coachable
n
- Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
n
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
n
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
n

Mandatory Requirements

n

n
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, overnight and weekends
n
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
n
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
