We have an exciting prospect for an experienced Used Car Sales Consultant to work within an award-winning car dealership in the Sutherland Shire.

n

Reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our overall customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to:

n

Initiating and maintaining valuable relationships with customers

n

Determining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle models

n

Showing vehicles and arranging test drives with customers

n

Quoting and negotiating prices and overcoming objections

n

Taking sale orders and preparing contract of sale and any other relevant paperwork

n

Supporting and providing opportunities for other departments of the business to develop a relationship with your customers

n

Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge

n

To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following attributes:

Demonstrated experience in selling prestige cars, gained within a dealership environment

n

Highly developed selling and closing skills

n

Exceptional communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues

n

Self-motivation and determination to exceed targets

n

Willingness and ability to commit to working weekends

n

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour

n

Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail

n

Professional attitude and appearance

n

A valid open Driver's License

n
