The Opportunity

We have a large pipeline of upcoming projects and are expanding our team. JAC Civil is seeking an experienced HR Driver / Operator for a permanent, full-time or casual role. About the Role

n

As our HR Driver / Operator, you will:

n

n
- Operate and maintain HR-class vehicles
n
- Undertake a range of tasks relating to road works, quarry haulage, bulk earthworks, and site works for various clients across the Fraser Coast
n
- Perform daily checks and servicing of vehicles, rectifying any concerns and completing accurate reporting
n
- Work both autonomously and as part of a team, supporting project processes and delivering quality outcomes
n
- If necessary to occasionally participate in manual handling or labouring activities
n
- Liaise with supervisors and project teams to align operations with project timelines and safety standards
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Current HR licence and QLD white card or willingness to obtain (essential)
n
- At least 1 year's experience operating HR trucks
n
- Proven track record in the safe operation of HR vehicles across a range of situations
n
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and care
n
- Ability to prioritise, plan, and complete tasks with limited supervision
n
- Good communication, organisation, and problem solving skills
n
- Physically fit and willing to participate in manual handling if required
n
- Willingness to upskill to an MC licence
n
- Ability to travel locally for site work
n
