We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Delivery Manager to lead our Pre-Delivery Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Pre-Delivery Department, ensuring all new and used vehicles are prepared, accessorized, inspected and delivered on time while meeting manufacturer and dealership quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Pre-Delivery Department.
n
- Coordinate vehicle preparation across our Nissan, Subaru, Kia and Chery brands.
n
- Schedule and prioritize vehicle deliveries to meet customer expectations.
n
- Manage pre-delivery technicians and detailers to maximize productivity and quality.
n
- Coordinate accessory fitments and ensure work is completed to manufacturer specifications.
n
- Liaise closely with Sales, Service, Parts and Administration to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.
n
- Ensure all vehicles comply with manufacturer pre-delivery requirements and dealership quality standards.
n




- Maintain accurate workflow and vehicle status reporting.
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in departmental processes, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You

n

n
- Previous experience managing or supervising a Pre-Delivery Department within a franchised automotive dealership.
n
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
n
- A proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
n
- Experience working with dealership management systems (ERA Power experience is advantageous).
n
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred).
n
