YPA Point Cook is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Consultant with a robust understanding of the Chinese property market to join our team. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and are fluent in Mandarin (or Cantonese), we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients, with a focus on the Chinese buyer and seller market.
n
- Conduct property appraisals and presentations to potential sellers.
n
- Negotiate sales and manage the entire sales process from listing to settlement.
n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
n

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in real estate sales, particularly within the Chinese property market.
n




- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (required) in addition to English.
n
- A passion for real estate and a commitment to achieving results.
n
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
n
- A current Agent's Representative certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
n
