About the role:

n

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Colour Consultant to join our team on a full time basis!

n

Reporting directly to the Colours Manager, this role is responsible for assisting customers to make the right colour and design selection for their home.

n

Some of the key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Assist clients with their colour selection and design process in a professional and timely manner
n
- Ensure the right options and advice is given to clients to assist them in making the right selections for their home
n
- Provide in person colour selection appointments
n
- Guide clients through internal and external colours
n




- Create colour documents for internal and external selections
n
- Complete and amend administrative documents
n
- Resolve client concerns and issues
n
- Maintain the Mporium Showroom at all times
n

n

To be considered, you should possess:

n

n
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Colour Consultant or similar role
n
- Previous experience in interior design is highly desirable
n
- Qualification in Interior Design and/or Decoration would be advantageous
n
- Solid attention to detail and an eye for design
n
- Well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
n
- Available to work alternate Saturday's
n
