We are looking forcustomer service superstars to take on the role of Gaming Supervisors & Attendants in our busy hotel.

We have positions available for immediate start. Flexibility across 7 days. Late night hours available.

Must have RSA and RSG & gaming experience held high.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
n
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
n
- Uphold our high standards of providing excellent hospitality
n
- Ensure venue is a clean and welcoming space
n
- Adhere to current VCGLRregulations and company policies

- These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights and weekends.
n
- RSA qualifications are required. Gaming specific qualifications can be applied for whilst on the job or at a later date. Previous experience and qualifications will be held in high regard.
