Retail Security Officer - HVSO (Goonellabah NSW)

CONSTANT is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Security Officer (Loss Prevention) to support our valued retail client, located in Goonellabah.

n

The role is focused on maintaining a safe and welcoming retail environment while proactively reducing stock loss and deterring anti-social behaviour through high-visibility presence and solid customer engagement.

n

About the Role

n

As a Retail Security Officer, you will:

n

n
- Provide a strong, professional security presence within store
n
- Monitor store entry/exit points and high-risk areas
n
- Deter theft and support loss prevention strategies
n
- Deliver respectful and professional customer service
n
- Liaise with store management regarding incidents or risks
n
- Complete electronic incident and shift reports
n
- Support emergency procedures if required
n

n

This is an evening-focused role, ideal for candidates seeking consistent part-time work from Monday to Saturday 18:00 - 22:00.

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current Valid State based Security Licence
n




- Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
- Previous experience in retail security or loss prevention (preferred)
n
- Strong observational and communication skills
n
- Professional presentation and reliability
n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
n
- Experience using CCTV or incident reporting tools
n
