About the Role

n

Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and care

n





Manage your section and maintain high kitchen standards

n

Assist with stock control and minimise wastage

n

Support and mentor junior chefs and apprentices

n

Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

n

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who has:

n

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or robust Demi Chef ready to step up

n

A passion for great food and hospitality

n

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

n

The ability to work efficiently under pressure

n

A positive attitude and team-first mentality

n

Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship
