Retail Bedding Store Manager - Moorabbin | Uncapped Earnings

Bevmarks is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Moorabbin showroom.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys driving sales, developing people, and creating a showroom environment where customers feel genuinely looked after.

n

You will be leading a close-knit retail team, maintaining high store standards, and playing an active role in helping customers choose quality beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for

n

leading the day-to-day performance of the Moorabbin showroom and this include the following:

n

n
- Leading,



coaching and motivating the sales team
n
- Driving showroom sales, customer service and overall store performance
n
- Helping customers choose the right bedding and bedroom furniture solutions
n
- Setting clear expectations around service, presentation and sales activity
n
- Managing rosters, opening and closing procedures, stock coordination and showroom readiness
n
- Supporting recent starters with onboarding, training and product knowledge
n

About you

n

You are a confident retail leader who knows how to get the best from a team.

n

You enjoy being on the showroom floor, working with customers, and leading by example. You are commercially minded, organised and comfortable being accountable for store results.

n

We would like to hear from candidates with:

n

n
- Previous retail store management experience and a strong record of achieving sales targets
n
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
n
- Background in bedding, furniture, big-ticket retail or consultative sales
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Motivation to earn well and be rewarded for performance
n
