Our client, a leading international consultancy, is partnering with a major Australian water utility to deliver a significant enterprise-wide transformation of its core billing platform. This is more than implementing technology—it's about changing the way hundreds of people collaborate, deliver and continuously improve.

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach who has successfully transformed large-scale delivery organisations, aligning consultancy teams, client stakeholders and multiple delivery partners behind a common Agile vision.

This is a highly influential leadership role where you'll coach executives, uplift delivery capability, establish Agile governance and ensure all parties work as one integrated team.

What You'll Do

n

As the Enterprise Agile Coach, you'll become the catalyst for change across a complex transformation involving multiple workstreams and delivery partners.

n

You'll:

n

n
- Develop and execute the Agile transformation strategy for the enterprise billing program.
n
- Coach consultancy leaders, client executives, program leaders, Product Owners, Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters.
n
- Bring multiple system integrators, vendors, consultancy teams and client teams together under a single delivery model.
n




- Design and implement governance that supports Agile delivery while satisfying enterprise and regulatory requirements.
n
- Build high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on customer outcomes.
n
- Establish effective planning, PI Planning (where appropriate), backlog management and delivery cadences.
n
- Introduce meaningful Agile metrics that provide transparency without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
n
- Identify delivery risks early and remove organisational impediments.
n
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and collaboration.
n
- Leave behind a sustainable Agile capability that continues beyond the life of the program.

What We're Looking For

n

You'll have a proven track record leading Agile transformations within large, complex organisations.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Extensive experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.
n
- Demonstrated success implementing Agile across large technology and business programs.
n
- Experience working with multiple delivery vendors, system integrators and consulting environments.
n
- Strong executive coaching and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean and modern delivery practices.
n




- Experience introducing scaled delivery approaches such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus or Spotify-inspired models, with the judgement to tailor them rather than apply them rigidly.
n
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
n
- Experience balancing Agile delivery with governance, compliance and enterprise risk requirements.
n
- The ability to challenge existing ways of working while building trust across technical and business teams.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience with enterprise billing, CIS or customer platforms.
n
- Experience within water, utilities, energy or other asset-intensive industries.
n
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne, Hansen, Gentrack, Salesforce or other enterprise billing solutions.
n
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), ICAgile, Scrum Alliance or equivalent certifications.
