Job Description

Talent Map Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced payroll governance qualified to strengthen compliance, controls and audit readiness across a large, complex organisation. You will work within Payroll Services with Finance, HR and operations to identify risks and deliver insights.

You will lead compliance reviews, advise on Awards and legislation, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and governance tools such as ERP and Power BI.
