Job Description

King's Christian College is expanding its HR team and seeks a dedicated HR Advisor to support the Director of Human Resources across campuses (Pimpima, Reedy Creek and Logan Village). Full-time, with travel between sites, you will help manage recruitment, onboarding, performance and employee relations.

You will bring HR or business qualifications, robust communication, and the ability to build relationships with staff at all levels, while contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.
