What You'll Do

- Answer trade and retail calls about automotive components

- Provide advice, quotes and technical guidance on repair and remanufacturing options

- Support customers with job tracking, warranty queries and diagnostic information

- Liaise with workshop technicians and the repair lab to ensure a smooth turnaround
n
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up on open jobs

About You

- Background in automotive repair, diagnostics or auto electrical work
n




- Experience as a mechanic or service advisor would be highly regarded
n
- Robust technical understanding of modern vehicle systems
n
- Confident and professional phone manner with a genuine interest in helping customers

- Good attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment
