About the Role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a key strategic and operational role in supporting leaders and employees across the organisation. You’ll provide high-quality, practical HR advice, helping leaders navigate complex people matters, build capability, and deliver positive workforce outcomes.
Working in partnership with leaders at all levels, you’ll apply workforce insights, sound judgement, and employee and industrial relations expertise to support organisational priorities. You’ll contribute to workforce planning, organisational change,
and projects that improve employee experience, compliance, and capability.

About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in a People & Culture/HR advisory role.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Strong ER/IR capability, including managing grievances, investigations, and engagement with unions and regulators.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret legislation, policy, and workforce data to deliver practical solutions.
- Experience contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
