We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to help us grow our presence and performance across a key territory.

As a Territory Manager, you'll be at the frontline of our growth strategy - creating new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. You'll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to deliver customised, value-driven packaging solutions.

In this role, you will:

n

n
- Proactively developing new business opportunities through the attraction of new small to medium customers
n




- Maintaining and growing sales / gross margin within the existing small-medium customer base.
n
- Continually identifying and negotiating new business opportunities and aggressively pursuing profit targets
n
- Maintaining internal relationships while spending a significant time out of the office
n
- Technical product knowledge and applying this to developing the sale offerings
n

We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for building strong business relationships. Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys taking ownership of their territory.

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG.
n
- Experience in cold calling, including building relationships across industry / market stakeholders
n
- Previous experience in the packaging or distribution industries is desirable
n
- Collaborative Self-starter with a strong desire to drive customer excellence
n
- Resilient, takes a lead with accountability and ownership
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level - from the warehouse to the boardroom.
n
- A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
