The Opportunity

Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you'll contribute to the manufacture and fabrication of a variety of products while building on your existing welding and fabrication experience. This role offers a great opportunity to expand your technical skills, learn from experienced tradespeople, and further develop your career in a hands-on workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist with welding and fabrication activities under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
n
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
n
- Perform grinding, cutting, drilling, folding, riveting and finishing tasks.
n
- Prepare materials and components for fabrication.
n




- Support workshop operations while maintaining quality standards.
n
- Follow safe work practices and contribute to a clean and organised workshop.
n
- Learn new fabrication techniques and develop your welding capability.
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will bring:

n

- Experience in a trade, manufacturing, construction, engineering or fabrication environment.
n
- Confidence using hand and power tools.
n
- A willingness to learn and develop your welding and fabrication skills.
n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
n
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
n
- A safety-first approach.
n
- A current Victorian Driver Licence.
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in a hands-on workshop environment.
